Return Policy

Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before they have been processed or shipped. Once an order has entered processing or has been shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.

Returns

You may request a return within 14 days after receiving your order. Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

Contact us promptly with your order number and clear photos. If the item is confirmed to be damaged, defective or incorrect, we will provide an appropriate replacement or refund.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping when returning an item due to personal preference. Cureaus will cover reasonable return costs for confirmed damaged, defective or incorrect items.

Refunds

After the return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Banks and payment providers may require additional processing time.

Contact us at service@cureaus.com before returning an item. Do not send a return without authorization. The correct return address will be provided based on the product and fulfillment location.
